Having FUN with backgrounds...

I see so MANY CUTE blogs!!  So... I am going to be playing with mine to make it cute =)  I want to make my own... so I am searching how to do that - IF you know how to make your own - PLEASE let me know or if you KNOW where to look...   This is therapy for me =)  I LOVE change... and if I can make MY own custom pages... WOW!!  I can change ALL the time - HAHA!!

In LOVE with a machine =)

We got this NEW coffee/tea making machine and I am in LOVE with it!!  I feel like I am at Starbucks everyday!!  It is amazing because I can have coffee... then tea... then coffee again!  AND all different flavors that go with it... Butter Toffee Coffee =)  YUMMYYYYY!!  AND Chai Tea... 

All I do is put the little cartridge in and push a button... 60 seconds or less... I have a YUMMY cup of Chai OR coffee!!  =)

Today I had a BIT of a scare!!

I was getting ready for Mom 2 Mom and realized I needed my calendar... and my iPhone hadn't synced (off topic here - I want to say "suncked"...  HAHA! What IS the right term??) in a while and so I hit the sync button from itunes and I have NO CLUE what I did... BUT I lost my WHOLE business calendar (in other words - MY LIFE)!!  The whole thing!!!  I was STUNNED...  I didn't know what to do but just stare at the screen and PRAY!!!!!  I left the house shaking...   I called Ashley - my photography partner - and told her HOPING she would know exactly HOW to fix it  =)  She is a MAC guru!!  Well... she suggested Time Machine - YES!!  At this point I was PRAISING GOD that I had just set up the Time Machine!!  I really did have a PEACE from God today... KNOWING that whatever the outcome - I would be alright!!

It was a GREAT day to trust in God!!!  I got home and called Apple Care and they helped me get it back!!  I now have a LIFE  =) 

Hugs and Kisses - my BEAUTIFUL flowers!!

I have wanted to take pix of the flowers that Chuck sent me...  and being sick I couldn't even pick up my camera - so today I did!!  AND I cannot believe they lasted this LONG!!  I got them last Thursday!!  They are called Hugs and Kisses  =)

Something I learned...

=)   When I am not feeling well...  I am so NOT creative!  I did a family shoot over the weekend and I feel like it was a bomb - the BAD kind of "bomb"  =)  I just could NOT think of anything really FUN to do with all of them =(   SO... lesson learned =  look online to copy other's work BEFORE I go to a shoot if I am not feeling well!!  

Trying something NEW!!

Last Friday I FINALLY decided to try them... CONTACTS =)  I really hated the idea of putting something IN my eye!!  The Dr. explains there are 3 different ways to go... so we are STARTING with the bifocal ones!  I don't think these are working very well... I have to turn my head slightly to the left to see far away!  =)  and the close up part is NOT strong enough to actually READ for a LONG time!!  BUT, I am giving them a few days just to actually see if it is ME making them more difficult =)  The second choice is to have one eye close and one eye far... well... that is NOT an option anymore - my left eye is too BAD!!  HAHA!!  SO I think I am going to have to go for the distance contacts and have reading glasses =(
