What a WEEK!

I do LOVE birthdays!! Even tho I am a year older =) Last Sunday, my actual birthday, Chuck surprised me BEYOND the normal for him! I tried to embed the video... but I can't figure out how... http://www.crossroadschurch.com/media/ here is the link to the page - July 26 video =)

Anyway... he called me up on the stage before he preached... and we danced to our song "You Make Me Feel Brand New" by the Stylistics - the Burton Family even sang it!! Then Noah came up on the stage and handed me a gift - a trip to Syracuse to visit my Grand BABIES!! WOOHOO! I was so OVERWHELMED that I didn't even hear most of the sermon that service. THEN he did it again second service - and gave me a new Mac Book Pro!! AND then again in the evening service!! Noah brought me another gift... pink Converse shoes!! Chuck knew these are the THINGS I have been wanting... and WOW - He really listens!! I just LOVE him...

I am still a little overwhelmed... and I have been TIRED all week!! HAHA!!

I am working on my new laptop... and cannot find my pix =) HAHA! I migrated my computers and didn't bring it all over - so now I have to go find pix =)

What an AMAZING story Tobi & Sean have... And we knew them when they were in high school! Both Chick and I were so blessed to be at their wedding today... It brought back so many memories... When we were young =]

It's a new thing for me to keep checking... And I'm not sure I get why I would want to =] Chuck is following CBS news - and that's interesting... And he is following the CDC - another interesting one... And also one that tells when an earthquake hits =] I may want to follow them and learn stuff..

But what really has me confused... Is who follows or even comments on mine =] like Claim Jumper! WooHoo!! But how did they see me?? AND some Chicago new is following me... And Louisville news... And now I have a CPAP friend =]

What a DAY =)

It is too much to put onto my Facebook update!! I got to spend the morning with Liam - he is just the cutest little guy!! AND I got to see Noah and Maia - Maia made my day by letting go of Mom's hand in a HUGE crowd and ran over to ME !! Well... maybe it was Liam - but I am thinking it was me =) HAHA!! THEN Friends from Knott Ave Days of ministry were in church and I was just BLESSED to get to SEE them and HUG them... and even going to lunch and spending the afternoon with them! It was NOT enough time tho... and was really hard to leave! I loved hearing how each one of them is doing today!! It made me just feel as if the years melted away - in fact I was just emotional ALL day after seeing them!! OH HOW I LOVED Youth Ministry =) THEN... to TOP off the day - we had our first Crossroads Photography Ministry meeting during the evening service and 50 people showed up!!! We moved from the cafe to the Fellowship Hall - I am so GLAD we did!! We were NOT prepared for so many FUN people to want to join us in our MINISTRY!!!

I am just overwhelmed at what GOD did today - I am in AWE... and still very EMOTIONAL!!! God is so GOOD!

Just thinking back...

When Chuck and I started out in ministry - I had NO idea what God had in store for us! I didn't grow up in a Christian environment so I really didn't know what it was like. We had dreams - like for Chuck to run a camp at Angeles Crest - to bring 80 kids to camp =) That was HUGE back then! Those things happened pretty quickly... another was to speak at the NACC - North American Christian Convention - and this year that came TRUE! It is funny how when he was speaking I was just in AWE of where God has taken us on our journey thru life... it is a truly BLESSED life that we have - I LOVE serving God every single day!!! I really did thank GOD that day for where we are today... =)

A day in HEAVEN =)

WOW! I had an AMAZING day! I got to play with Liam all morning... and then at night I got to hold Liam then PLAY at the fountains with Noah and Maia - and while I was holding Noah on my lap - Caroline and Myra CALL!! =) It was a WOW day... I think I am so IN LOVE with all my grandbabies!! I want to just be with them ALL the time!!! I hope this is normal... if it isn't - I am going to make it be =) Pix coming later... I do NOT know how to get them from my iPhone to here with video...
